PT Global Tiket Network (tiket.com) is the first online travel agent (OTA) in Indonesia, established in 2011. As one of the country’s leading travel platform, tiket.com provides a wide range of services, including flights, train tickets, accommodations, event tickets, and other travel-related needs, accessible through its website and mobile application. Centered on Indonesia, the platform has built a broad user base and a strong track record across the Southeast Asian market.

Against the backdrop of expanding inbound tourism demand in recent years, the company decided to enter the Japanese market. In November 2025, it established a Japanese subsidiary, Global Tiket Network Co., Ltd., in Saitama City, Saitama, and is currently developing its operational framework for business activities in Japan. In connection with its market entry, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided consultations on corporate registration, taxation, and labor matters, supporting the smooth establishment of the company’s Japanese operations.
