Gruve Tech, Inc., established in 2024, develops an AI driven integrated platform designed to help enterprises effectively leverage diverse data assets. With its innovative approach that combines advanced network management, automation technologies, and cybersecurity, the company continues to develop solutions that enable rapid decision making and operational efficiency. Recognizing the maturity of the Japanese market and its advanced digital transformation needs, the company opened an office in Tokyo in February 2026 as a sales base for its business expansion in Japan. In establishing its Japan office, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided consultation on corporate registration procedures and supported the company’s use of the IBSC temporary office. Going forward, the company plans to promote AI data center project integrated with cybersecurity measures, aiming to advance the adoption of safe and efficient digital infrastructure across Japan. It also plans to establish a subsidiary in suburb cities, leveraging the regional surplus electricity, and expects to contribute to local employment.
