Business Expanding Semiconductor-related company Marketech International Corp. has established a new office building in Kumamoto Prefecture and has officially commenced operations

MIC has long provided a wide range of products and services to major Taiwanese semiconductor companies such as TSMC, including full turnkey solutions for the sales and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, as well as the design, construction, and commissioning of utility facilities. In 2023 and 2025, the company was awarded TSMC's Excellent Supplier Award.

While inheriting MIC’s expertise, MIC-J started its operation in April 2024, and constructed a new facility in Ozu Town, Kikuchi District, Kumamoto Prefecture in June 2025, trying further development of operations with a team of approximately 80 employees to provide products and services to JASM.

Upon establishing its base in Kumamoto, JETRO’s Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC), JETRO Kumamoto and JETRO Fukuoka provided support for building relationships with government agencies and industry, as well as information on the investment environment in Kyushu.
