The Technology Exchange and Collaboration Hub in Tokyo (TECH Tokyo) is an organization based in Japan, committed to bridging leading global universities and major Japanese corporations.

TECH-Tokyo facilitates robust and sustainable partnerships through licensing agreements, industry-academia collaborations, investment in university-originated ventures, and commissioned research. In addition to advancing technological exchange, the organization actively promotes academic mobility and executive education, fostering intellectual and human networks that drive next-generation innovation.

In May 2025, TECH-Tokyo is established in Shibuya, Tokyo, as a global hub connecting academia and industry. The center brings together researchers from world-renowned universities and institutions to collaborate with Japanese companies and academic organizations, facilitating the exchange of innovative ideas and the implementation of scientific knowledge. TECH Tokyo supports innovation in key policy areas such as digital transformation, economic revitalization, and enhancing global competitiveness.
