Business Expanding HaploX Establishes Japanese Subsidiary to Expand Liquid Biopsy and Transomics Analysis Services

HaploX boasts an extensive array of cancer genetic testing products and technology platforms, enabling the company to offer biopharmaceutical companies and research institutions a comprehensive suite of services. This includes early genetic screening, genomic analysis, genome sequencing, liquid biopsy, bioinformatics, big data analysis, co-development of companion diagnostics, and scientific research and academic collaboration. Currently, HaploX serves approximately 700 biopharmaceutical companies, research institutes, and other organizations, with aspirations to expand its services to more entities in the future.

In March 2024, as part of its strategic expansion into overseas markets, HaploX Group established HaploX JAPAN K.K. in Osaka City. The Japanese subsidiary focuses on providing services related to life sciences, biological technology research and development, next-generation sequencing contract services, cancer gene testing and analysis, and the manufacturing, transportation, import/export of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

To assist with the establishment of the company's base in Japan, JETRO's Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided support such as introducing to service providers including administrative scriveners, certified public tax accountants, and human resources companies, and providing information on real estate properties.
