Business ExpandingDIGI DINOS, a Vietnamese company that develops and sells computer systems and software, establishes a Japanese subsidiary in Yokohama

DIGI DINOS JOINT STOCK COMPANY is a Vietnamese IT technology company specializing in the design and development of computer and smartphone software. It provides software development and consulting services, mainly for Japanese companies, including web system software, games, blockchain development, AI services, and IoT consulting.

The company was established in Hanoi in 2018 and has 60 employees as of January 2025. It has acquired the information security management system ISO/IEC 27001 certification and provides offshore development of applications and software, as well as AI and IoT-related consultation services.

Consultation services provided to date include a recommendation system for recruitment agencies using AI technology, a smart lighting system for hotels and restaurants using IoT technology, a production management system, a sales management system, and a blockchain-based games.

To expand software-development and consulting services for Japanese companies, it established a Japanese subsidiary, DIGI DINOS JAPAN Co., Ltd., in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture in April 2024.

To assist with setting up the company's Japanese subsidiary, JETRO's Investment and Business Support Center (IBSC) provided information on subsidies and incentives, arranged meetings with local authorities, provided consultations by professional experts (registration and taxation), and helped in opening a bank account.
