TeamSparta Inc., founded in South Korea in 2020, is an EdTech startup offering educational services that enable short-term, intensive learning of programming skills necessary for software development and practical uses of generative AI in business. The company supports participants’ progress through a curriculum reflecting the latest IT trends and individually customized learning management, achieving high completion rates and practical results.

In response to the increasing demand for IT talent, reskilling, and DX in Japan, the company established its Japanese subsidiary, TeamSparta Inc., in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, in April 2024. In addition to major companies such as NEC, Seven Bank, and Omron, the company also provides educational services to local government organizations like the Okinawa IT Innovation Strategy Center (ISCO).

JETRO's Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) assisted the company with consultation on corporate establishment, including registration, taxes and labor matters, and introduced service providers such as professional experts (administrative scriveners, tax accountants, and labor and social security attorneys) and banks.
