The company is a high-tech enterprise that operates comprehensive research and development facilities, production lines, and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment across both domestic and international locations. In 2017, it was listed on NEEQ (New Third Board) in China.

The company targets customers in the mid- to high-end market segments, and its products are used across a wide range of fields, including dental medical device components (such as dental burs, milling burs, and grinding heads), printed circuit board drills, manicure grinding heads, as well as drills and milling cutters for machinery manufacturing.

The company's clientele spans 56 countries and regions, including China, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and the United States. In October 2024, Wilson Precision Tool Japan Co., Ltd. was established in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, with the aim of delivering more efficient and higher-quality services to local customers in Japan.

In establishing its Japanese subsidiary, JETRO’s Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided consultations on registration and taxation, as well as information on subsidies and real estate properties.
