Japan relaxed COVID-19-related border measures in October 2022. The number of visitors to Japan climbed to approximately 1.5 million in January 2023*, with increasing business-related traffic, creating momentum to explore business opportunities in Japan on a global scale. The world's attention is turning to Japan with the upcoming G7 Hiroshima Summit (meeting of Group Seven leaders) in May of this year.
Seizing this opportunity, JETRO will step up new content releases through various media this year to deliver valuable insights to global entrepreneurs and businesspersons interested in expanding their businesses to Japan or collaborating with Japanese companies. Please stay tuned!
- Japan Insight Series (latest trends in Japan's investment environment, markets, companies, government policies, and others)
- Interview Series (interviews with global CEOs, experts, and others)
- Success Stories (case studies of foreign and foreign-affiliated companies expanding into Japan or collaborating with Japanese companies)
- Joint articles with global media, etc.
- Events (networking/matching events), etc.
We will post information about our new content and event on the Invest in Japan social media from time to time. Follow us on the following accounts for latest updates.
