The company has offices in Silicon Valley, Atlanta and Glasgow. Since cloud-based CAE technology has a high competitive advantage, it is expected to bring changes in cost, speed, responses to complex work processes and risks. The range of fields for which OnScale can provide analysis is vast, and its ultrasonic and piezoelectric analysis technologies have particularly attracted worldwide attention. The ultrasonic analysis has already achieved excellent results in medical equipment, sensors and sonar products and non-destructive inspection. The piezoelectric analysis is also widely used from entry level to commercial-off-the-shelf-products. It makes it possible to perform super-high-speed processing, as if using a supercomputer on the cloud, and quickly reach ideal product designs, enabling increased product competitiveness.

The company established OnScale Japan LLC in Tokyo in January 2019 to expand its territory and increase business volume by strengthening sales and technical support activities.

To assist with the establishment of the company’s base in Japan, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided temporary office space, consultation on company registration, visa and tax matter as well as information on the market, regulations and legal system. The IBSC also introduced local service providers (a service office, administrative scrivener, accountant, certified social insurance labor consultant, recruitment agency and PR company).
