Innovative Space for Connecting People and Expanding Opportunities for Business Growth

The Innovation Garden is a facility that combines an "event area" that can accommodate up to 70 people and an "open area" that can be used as a co-working space. It is an open space that encourages interaction and the creation of business opportunities that transcend industry boundaries, such as pitches and networking.

Event Area

This is an open space for business exchanges across industries for the purpose of innovation creation. It can be used for seminars, pitches, networking, and other events. Colorful pieces of furniture are set on the grass-colored floor and can be arranged in a variety of ways to suit each event.

Open Area (Coworking Space)

This coworking space functions as the main entrance where innovative business ideas come and go, regardless of the size of the company, Japanese or foreign, and is fully equipped with fixtures that allow you to concentrate on your work.

Application for use (Event area)

We accept reservations:
2 months to 5 business days prior to the date of use

Event Area

Reservations are not required for the Open Area. Please tell us at the reception desk.

Payment for use

Please pay at the reception on the day of use.
Payment can only be made by credit card or PayPay.

Please refer to the "Rules of Use" before using the facilities, and please use the facilities in accordance with the rules.

FAQ 

Q1．Can I use the facility at night or on weekends?
A1．The facility is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. However, the facility is available until 21:00 for events co-hosted or supported by JETRO.

Q2．Can meals be provided at events?
A2．Light meals can be served at events co-hosted or supported by JETRO. Only beverages can be provided at other events. Please refer to Article 10 of “Use Agreement of Event Area Facilities”.

Q3．Can you set up the venue for the event?
A3．No. Users are responsible for setting up and cleaning up the venue.

Q4．Can equipment be brought into the event?
A4. Yes, you can. Please check the information that will be sent to you when you make a reservation.

Q5. Can I use Wi-Fi?
A5. Yes, you can use our dedicated free Wi-Fi available within the facility.
