We are a start-up company from Kyoto university, conducting research & development with the aim of realizing nuclear fusion-the ultimate energy source. By bringing together the world's most-advanced technologies as developed at Kyoto university, we are poised to solve the problems of the entire planet and to open up new paths to a new future.
we are seeking engineers who will be involved in research & development toward realizing this new form of energy. we are recruiting for a wide variety of positions, but we are particularly looking for people to research/develop gyrotrons, which we are developing for higher frequency, higher power, and higher efficiency, and people to develop and design technologies related to fusion plants. both positions require a master's or doctoral degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, rf) or physics or knowledge or experience in those areas. as there will be some interaction with overseas members, business-level english or higher is expected. japanese language skills are not required. we currently have offices in tokyo, the u.k., and the u.s., and in tokyo, we have personnel from the u.k., the u.s. and european. together, let's continue researching so as to realize net zero quickly.

Our mission is to realize nuclear fusion. The goal is to convert the energy produced by nuclear fusion into electricity, creating a decarbonized society and achieving net zero. Our mission is also to manufacture fusion plant equipment that brings together Japan's technological capabilities with a view toward establishing nuclear fusion as an industry beyond its current achievements, in the near future. As all kinds of research institutes and startup companies around the world are conducting research toward realizing nuclear fusion, we see it as our mission to support the realization of this goal. Together with our domestic partners, we would like to develop the highest-quality nuclear fusion plant equipment and to provide such to customers around the world, along with conducting research & development into the key components required for the commercialization of nuclear fusion, in addition to providing engineering solutions and consulting. In particular, our plasma heating system using high-power microwaves is a unique technological challenge that only we have surmounted. Plant manufacturing technology that is both reliable and economical is a challenge that will test the true value of Japan's monozukuri (manufacturing) capabilities.
