We are an iron manufacturing company that has been in business for more than 150 years, building trust through flexible ideas and reliable work. We design/manufacture molds and machinery for concrete products. As we expand our business domestically/internationally, we are looking for personnel for various positions involving design, manufacturing, and sales. In the future, we would like to develop these personnel into people who can oversee everything, including customer interactions. And by working with us for a long time, it would be possible for them to be posted to the management side of the company. Additionally, if new hires wish to return to their home country, we might be able to entrust them with business in their home country, depending on the timing. We are also looking for personnel to manage a Thai subsidiary that we plan to establish. We plan to assign employees to this site after they have acquired local knowledge and design expertise in Japan and after learning about management. We expect our clients to be local/Japanese companies in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, so, for new hires, we prefer native Thai speakers. For both jobs, communicative Japanese language skills are required. Those who can also speak English are also welcome. Also, if new hires have studied engineering at a university or technical college, it will be easier for them to understand this business. Finally, company housing is available adjacent to our manufacturing facilities. We hope to have candidates who will be able to play an active role in key local positions in the future.
