We are a “Moriguchi-zuke” pickles producer and wholesaler from Nagoya. A special event in Tokyo led us to expand our business to that city. Thereafter, we started making “Mirin-Narazuke”, or “Tokyo-style” pickles.

Like Narazuke, Mirin-Narazuke is pickled in sake lees, with mirin lees added as a finishing touch. As Mirin-Narazuke is finished off with mirin lees, which is sweeter than sake lees, it has a richer and fuller flavor.

While mirin lees are rare, we have used carefully chosen mirin since old times. All our ingredients are domestically produced and the products are made by hand. We also produce lightly pickled seasonal vegetables using our own technique.

Our products are sold at our flagship store in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, as well as two directly managed stores in Matsuya and our online store.

We wish to promote our products to overseas customers. If you are willing to work toward this goal and are interested in Japanese tradition, you will be warmly welcomed.
