We are a local hair salon operator located in Osaka and Nara prefectures, in Japan.
We are looking for people who want to learn about beauty, become experts, and manage beauty salons. We have staff who are certified as Japanese language teachers or who are in the process of learning to become certified. New hires will have the opportunity to learn Japanese after joining the company, so advanced Japanese language skills are not required. To date, we have had a variety of nationalities working part-time for us, including Chinese, Mexican, French, Kenyan, and Brazilian people. Since it takes about three years to master basic beauty techniques, we would like to pass on world-class techniques to those who join us as full-fledged employees rather than as part-time workers. For those who wish to work in Japan for a long time, we also support them in obtaining a national beautician's license. We can also consult with those who wish to acquire skills and return to their home country to run a beautician development school or beauty salon. Those who wish to can also learn makeup and kimono dressing skills.

Our company runs beauty salons, with three locations in Osaka and Nara prefectures, in Japan. We are lovingly & proudly named "The Downtown Perm Shop." As such, we strive to be useful in the daily lives of consumers. We are always studying and challenging ourselves with new techniques, and we provide total beauty services, including not only haircuts and sets but also makeup and kimono dressing.
While supporting the learning of students who wish to acquire beauty techniques, we have focused on human resources development by carefully providing technical guidance from scratch. Some of our employees studied at our company, obtained beautician qualifications, and are now shop managers.
For the past 20 years, we have had the opportunity to interact with local cosmetic manufacturers and the Japan-Thailand Friendship Association in Thailand, participating in their events and working as beauty volunteers to help people learn kimono dressing. Also, because of this connection, we became interested in accepting people from overseas and training beauty technicians. Our dream is that someday the people who learn at our company will train even more new people and then operate a beauty salon that is in demand among their community.
