We are a trading company specializing in screws and fasteners and have been in business for over 70 years. We have been hiring overseas personnel for about 30 years, and we currently have people from Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Switzerland, Tajikistan, and other countries, with diverse roots, working for us.
We have a business alliance with Bossard, a leading Swiss trading company that specializes in fastening parts, and our overseas personnel are taking the lead in establishing a marketing department and planning new businesses in the field of technology, with a view toward expanding new business, such as in the development of collaborative products.
We are recruiting overseas personnel regardless of job type and are seeking candidates with a level of Japanese language ability that allows them to communicate within the company, along with business-level English proficiency. After joining the company, new hires will learn about the characteristics and properties of commercial products, including quality control, so they do not need to have any prior knowledge of engineering. We actively respond to our employees' desire to learn by providing opportunities to study at external institutions as needed. We handle screw products, as one of the local industries of Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, where we are located, for a variety of materials and standards, and we respond promptly to customer requests with an abundant inventory of hundreds of thousands of pieces.

Our strength lies in our ability to quickly arrange and procure even specialized screws, making full use of the networks that we have built up over the years. In addition, we have formed a business alliance with Bossard, a leading Swiss trading company that specializes in fastening parts, to help improve our customers' productivity through product procurement and technical support. When screws are of differing sizes, even if only 1 mm in diameter/length in difference, they can become of no use. If even one screw is broken, a machine will stop working. A single screw could be the catalyst for a company's economic activity to stall. We take pride in the fact that even a small screw can be a major force in supporting the economy, and we can quickly make arrangements from an order for even only a single screw. We also have local subsidiaries in Dalian (China) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and have extensive experience in overseas transactions, including the procurement of products at low cost and the provision of products to local companies, enabling us to meet all customer needs.
