Expanding special-purpose vehicles and robot technology in the ASEAN region, starting in Indonesia
Our company is engaged in business involving robots and special-purpose vehicles. We have been planning to expand into Indonesia for several years and are actively recruiting overseas personnel. Currently, we have ten Indonesians working as manufacturing engineers. We are interested in candidates with mechanical knowledge, such as in having a university degree in engineering, and we prefer candidates with welding and CAD design experience. Because we are a vehicle manufacturing company, we would like to hire people who are interested in and who love vehicles. We expect applicants to have daily conversational ability in Japanese or better, but those who are highly motivated to work and learn the language are welcome. After joining the company, new hires will acquire knowledge and skills in manufacturing and design through on-the-job training, and in the future, we would like them to become people who can play a role in local management at the Indonesian base and who can act as a bridge between the Japanese subsidiary and said base. We are looking forward to working with new hires to expand our business from Japan to Indonesia and further to other ASEAN countries.

Our company is engaged in business involving robots and special-purpose vehicles.
Our business in special-purpose vehicles involves the design and manufacture of vehicles for public use, such as police and fire trucks, as well as for private use, such as medical and mobile catering vehicles. Among these vehicles, an amphibious vehicle developed by our company is the first purely domestic product utilizing our patented technology and has been introduced at tourist attractions throughout Japan.
Our strength is not mass-produced vehicles but the ability to design and manufacture custom-made designs and one-of-a-kind special-purpose vehicles to the specifications demanded by our customers.
In our business in robots, we started this business after the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake in order to contribute to the safety of work in hazardous areas. Construction equipment can be remotely operated via our onboard robots and thus can be used for dangerous work such as nuclear power plant decommissioning and work at industrial accident sites.
With these two business lines, we plan to expand into Indonesia in the near future. In Indonesia, where there are many manufacturing companies that build special-purpose vehicles, we would like to expand our sales channels in cooperation with local companies. Our goal is to spread our technology to the ASEAN region and to the rest of the world.
