We are a precision stamping die design and manufacturing company founded in 1969 with the corporate vision of being a "manufacturing solutions provider."
In manufacturing, we provide custom-made dies that are indispensable for the mass production of all kinds of products. Our company's strengths lie in the technology that we have developed over more than 50 years in business, including mass production trials using a 1,600-ton trial progressive press-the largest in Japan for progressive dies.
Among these, the company's core business is the fabrication of dies for automotive parts, and it delivers dies to each of the primary parts makers of major Japanese automobile manufacturers. SASAYAMA also has a subsidiary, SASAYAMA USA Corp. in Tennessee, U.S.A. This company exports dies to countries around the world.
In this spring, we are planning to establish an engineering center in Vietnam. We will continue to grow globally, not only in Japan but also in North America and Asia.
