Aiming to be at the forefront of automotive recycling technology, with a never-give-up attitude
We aim to be at the forefront of the world in the automotive recycling industry. We are looking for people who have honesty, ambition, and a desire to take on challenges without giving up, who are not bound by the existing concepts of the industry, and who can bring new ideas to the table. We expect new hires to work at our Chiba sales office, but they can also consult with us if they prefer to work at our headquarters in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Note that work is conducted in Japanese. After joining the company, via training and on-the-job training, new hires will understand the types of work that we do and the processes that we follow. After that, the responsibilities of new hires will be determined based on aptitude and preference. We have internal systems in place to support employees who continue to take on challenges, such as in providing support when acquiring qualifications for operating forklifts and others. Currently, we have employees from Samoa, China, India, Bangladesh, and Russia. Some of our employees have been with us for more than 10 years, and foreign nationals can join our company with peace of mind. We sincerely look forward to receiving applications from people who share our commitment to revolutionizing the automotive recycling industry.

Management or Research & Development for Domestic Business
Using Specific Professional Knowledge'
Since establishment in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1955, the company has been building and expanding its base plants as its business expands, including building a new Yamaguchi plant, expanding the Iwakuni plant, and opening a Chiba sales office.
We buy vehicles and sell them and their parts both domestically and internationally. And our greatest strength is that we develop business systems and products within our own development department.
TAPRAS, which is an in-house system specialized for exports, enables paperless operations and smooth price negotiations. In recent years, TAPRAS has been featured more and more in the media, and sales of the system to other companies in the industry have increased.
In addition, the company has continued to develop its own systems and products one after another. For example, we developed and operate GAPRAS, which is an auction site specializing in reused automobile parts, we developed a tire quality evaluation system that uses cameras and sensors to objectively determine value, and we developed a robot that removes wheels from tires.
We will continue to take on the challenge of systematizing "new ideas" into "new process" without being bound by existing frameworks.
