We expect new hires to work at our Chiba sales office, but they can also consult with us if they prefer to work at our headquarters in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Note that work is conducted in Japanese. After joining the company, via training and on-the-job training, new hires will understand the types of work that we do and the processes that we follow. After that, the responsibilities of new hires will be determined based on aptitude and preference. We have internal systems in place to support employees who continue to take on challenges, such as in providing support when acquiring qualifications for operating forklifts and others. Currently, we have employees from Samoa, China, India, Bangladesh, and Russia. Some of our employees have been with us for more than 10 years, and foreign nationals can join our company with peace of mind.
