Your Role You will play an important role as a bridge between our company in Japan and our partner factories in China. Because Japan and China have different languages, cultures, and business practices, we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively and build strong relationships between both sides. Your responsibilities will include quality control, production coordination, product development support, import and export operations, and communication with our partner factories. Your Role You will communicate with our partner factories in China, manage production schedules, check and improve product quality, support product development, review raw materials and manufacturing processes, and prepare import/export documents. We are looking for someone who understands both Japanese and Chinese cultures and can serve as a bridge between the two countries.
