SOC Co Ltd has 43 years of IT experience which is based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan with a population of almost 2 millions.
Sapporo is a tourist city with rich resources, delicious food, beautiful scenery and four distinct seasons: blooming spring, tree-lined summer, colorful autumn and snowy winter.
SOC plans to open a branch office in Malaysia in 2025, and we currently have 9 system engineers from Malaysia. We are looking for system engineers who can work together. We plan to do offshore development work for the branch office in Malaysia.
There are two ways of working style to choose from :
- Work in SOC Malaysia in the near future
- Working in SOC Hokkaido (Japan)

* We will provide 2 months of programming lessons and training from zero when joining company while getting paid as full time employee.

We are doing business computer software development*1 for clients for big corporations*2 and also general SMEs for Business Support System in Japan. The process for software development includes functional design, technical design, specific design, programming and unit testing with system testing being the main contract process and constitutes more than 90% of the sales in SOC.
Software development, in other words, is to organize a project team with multiple people and take charge of development work while communicating with each other in a team.
*1) Business Computer Software Development refers to
Development of software or program that serves the purpose of improving processing speed, quality, productivity etc. as required by our clients. For example : Software for production and inventory management system for manufacturing industry.
*2) Big Corporation refers to
Telecommunications service provider (Landline, mobile phone, service provider), Broadcasting Organization (radio, TV, government media, commercial broadcasting, flagship station, local broadcast station), Electricity Company (Domestic major power generators, Power grid operators).
