The Aizu region is located approximately three hours from Tokyo. We aim to develop the Aizu region through the operation of ski resorts and other resort facilities. We are looking for people who can provide information about the appeal of Aizu to domestic and foreign tourists and who can help provide enjoyment through skiing and snowboarding.

The work includes recruiting and managing foreign personnel who are accepted as instructors during the snow season, as well as public relations and marketing work to communicate Aizu's attractions to the world via the internet. Those who are good at skiing and who want to work as instructors are also welcome.

While our facilities see many domestic customers, we hope to expand our target audience to Europe and the United States, especially Australia. Therefore, we expect applicants to have native level in English and a Japanese level of N2 or higher.

Let's work together to make Aizu one of the world's most-popular tourist destinations by communicating the charms of the nature-rich Aizu region to the rest of the world.

Business Content

We operate ski resorts, hotels, hot springs facilities, roadside stations, and other tourist facilities in the Aizu region of the Tohoku area in Japan.

At the ski resorts we operate, we have introduced a "motion recorder" that allows skiers/snowboarders to feel like Olympic athletes and to compete for fastest run times. The service downloads videos automatically edited via AI to cellphones for uploading to social media, and we use "wax tunnels" that automatically wax skis and snowboards. These are the first such services and products of their kind in Japan, developed jointly with group companies, and they are designed to enhance convenience and excitement for skiers/snowboarders.

In addition, we are working to attract tourists throughout the year, including via a camping park and barbecues during the green season.

We will work together with the local community to promote the charms of Aizu, which are not yet well known, to people in Japan and abroad, and will work to maximize the potential of the Aizu region as a tourist destination.
