Company Info
Our company is engaged in the tennis and real estate business. Tennis schools that provide group lessons all day, everyday is a business model unique to Japan. We believe it is a highly dense and highly efficient business model, and we are looking to expand it overseas. We are considering starting the business model in Malaysia and Canada. We are considering hiring leaders for overseas expansion who will eventually become local managers. We seek those who are proficient with the language, understand the culture of the target country, and have tennis experience. We have yet to hire full-time foreign employees, but we do have experience with hiring working holiday workers. We plan on responding flexibly for those residing overseas through fully remote employment until their arrival in Japan.

Our company is engaged in the tennis and real estate business. We specialize in indoor tennis schools and have 2 schools in Tokushima and 1 school in Matsushima. We operate one of the largest facilities in Shikoku equipped with carpet courts and air-conditioning. Our facilities are also bright and clean. We have certified coaches and classes for kids as young as 4. We also add greenery on the exterior of our schools, making the facilities friendly to the earth. In terms of operation, we were the 3rd company in the industry to acquire the ISO9001 certification in Japan around 15 years ago.
For our real estate business, we manage 4 condominiums in Tokushima Prefecture. We are aiming to develop the Japanese tennis school business model around the world.
