"It takes time for drug discovery research to take off. And it's not easy to succeed." Hoping to change these notions, our founder left a major pharmaceuticals company to start his own company, thereby developing our own technology and thus contributing to the promotion of early drug discovery research. The market for drug discovery is larger in Europe and the United States than in Japan. Our new hires will be responsible for marketing to such segments and for sales activities utilizing networks among researchers. Specifically, these activities include sales activities aimed at pharmaceuticals and biotech companies in Europe and the United States, presentations and business negotiations at overseas conferences and exhibitions, and follow-ups after business negotiations. We also welcome people that are willing to take on the challenge of developing new businesses. Additionally, we are considering introducing a merit-based incentive system. Flexible work options are possible, such as by joining the company while still living overseas, working other than on a full-time basis, or working on the side. We are looking for an experienced R&D professional from a European or U.S. pharmaceuticals company to join our team. We are also engaged in drug discovery within our company. We are looking forward to applications from individuals who have experience in small molecule drug discovery and are eager to take on the challenge of creating new drugs.
