Based in Sapporo,Japan,our company is engaged in nursing care services side with the community. We are seeking people for general affairs positions who will be responsible for recruiting new caregivers from abroad,processing their visa status,and managing their daily life after they join the company. We prefer applicants with japanese language skills of N3 or above and daily communication level or above in English. After joining,new hires would first work in a nursing home so as to get acquainted with facility operations.They will then work with members of General Affairs Department to design a system for recruiting and hiring foreign caregivers and to develop an environment for accepting them,thereby creating unprecedented results in hiring foreign personnel. In the future,we would like new hires to be involved in assisting with the procedures and studying for certification exams related to nursing care. We are also striving to create a comfortable work environment by introducing a flextime system that allows employees to adjust their work hours to suit their lifestyles and a company housing system that allows employees to rent company-owned share houses.
