The ultimate goal of DIVIC Corp. is to create a society where everyone can play an active role using technology. The word has the meaning of proving that you can take a challenge, regardless of nationality or race, and turning that challenge into value that can be useful to people. We operate a programming school and teach the development language Ruby developed by the Japanese. We have already begun to create four employment opportunities in Rwanda, Africa. 1 "Remote education mentor" for Japanese students 2 “Local education mentor” for local students in Rwanda 3 “Development project entrustment” by a team that also serves as OJT 4 Get a job at a local company with improved skills In Japan and other developed nations, there is a shortage of IT engineers, and "offshore development," which places orders from overseas engineers, mainly in Asia, is growing.
