As a pioneer in Japan for the manufacturing of plastic eyeglass frames, we have been striving to aid the development of the local community for over 90 years since our establishment. Our high-quality and well-designed products have been well received overseas. These products maximize the appeal of plastic materials using techniques and methods cultivated over many years.

We seek people who can learn these traditional techniques and play an active role as the core of the company in the future. We are looking for people who have majored in science and engineering at university or vocational school, especially those who have knowledge related to machinery, as they will be using software to operate machine tools for manufacturing. Regarding Japanese level, being able to communicate is acceptable. Those who can speak Vietnamese are most welcome.

We are an integrated manufacturer that handles everything from design to manufacturing. After joining the company, new hires will first aim to become machine tool operators who can give shape to designs, and in the future, they will acquire skills in all aspects of product manufacturing. New hires can also work at the factory that we are planning to build in Vietnam, if they so desire.

We manufacture plastic eyeglass frames in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, Japan, ranking first in Japan in eyeglass production. In Sabae City, where the division of labor is becoming increasingly widespread, there are very few companies that are able to handle an entire manufacturing process from design and sample-making to production, and this is one of our greatest strengths.

The ratio of our customers is roughly equal between Japan and overseas. Sabae eyeglasses are highly regarded and in demand overseas, and our company manufactures high-priced products for some of the world's leading apparel and eyeglass manufacturers.

In the current domestic eyeglass market, there is a strong tendency to pursue lower prices rather than higher quality, and we would like to further expand our sales channels overseas, where high quality is valued more than price. We are planning to build a plant in Vietnam within the next five years.

Through this new approach of manufacturing overseas and selling to global markets from there, we are working not only to manufacture high-quality products but also to meet global demand, as well as to contribute more to social improvement while also being useful in society.
