We work in the paper processing business, and our main product is cold paper, which helps permeate perm chemicals. We manufacture products on an OEM basis not only in Japan but also for German, American, and Korean barbers and beauty salon manufacturers. In the near future, we are preparing to expand our business in Southeast Asian countries with Thailand as our base, and we are seeking foreign personnel to take on export business operations as sales staff.
Ideally, applicants will have English language skills at business level or higher and the same level of Japanese or Thai language skills. Basic computer skills in Excel and Word are also desired. After joining the company, new hires will experience and learn the manufacturing process of paper processing one by one, so prior knowledge of paper is not necessary. After being assigned to a sales position, new hires will learn the job while working with senior employees. For those with strong Japanese language skills, there is also a possibility of being entrusted with domestic sales.
In the future, we expect new hires to lead our overseas sales departments, including communication with overseas local companies and export businesses for commercial products.

We are a paper processing manufacturer based in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. We receive or procure base paper that meets the customer's requirements, and we cut it into desired sizes and shapes for commercialization. Our company's main product is cold paper used for perms, and we proudly claim an 80% share of the domestic market in Japan. Our original processing machine as developed by our company enables us to process thin paper in a wide variety of sizes into pop-up sheets that can be taken out one by one at low cost, contributing to a reduction of manpower at barbershops and beauty salons. We also use this technology to manufacture aburatori-gami (oil-absorbing paper), and we process paper for eye and face packs at the request of major cosmetics companies and other companies. We have been exporting cold paper to hairdressing companies in Germany and the U.S. for about 40 years and to Korea for about 10 years.
In the future, we hope to develop sales channels in Southeast Asian countries, and we are planning to establish a business base in Thailand.
