Bringing sports fans closer to athletes and teams by the power of digital
With the vision of "Bringing sports fans closer to athletes and teams by the power of digital," we provide services that aim to bring all these parties closer together. We are looking for engineers to work on the development of "SpoLive," as well as business development staff that can cultivate customers overseas. We welcome engineers with more than a few years of engineering experience who can contribute immediately. We especially welcome those with TypeScript knowledge and familiarity with cross-platform development using React Native and Next.js. Experience in team development and scrum development is a plus. For business development, we prefer people who can handle sales to sports organizations and enterprises in their home country or assigned region, from negotiations through to customer success. Business-level Japanese or English skills are required for engineers, and business-level English skills are required for business development. As a company selected for the J-Startup program by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, new hires will be able to utilize their individuality to grow business in both service development and organizational development. We are looking for proactive people who can propose new rules and values one after another.

Our company develops and operates SpoLive, a sports data management platform (DMP). Built on a sport-agnostic data lake with patents secured in Japan, the United States, and Europe, SpoLive works across all sports from day one without requiring sport-specific development. This eliminates the need for expensive custom systems that were traditionally built by system integrators for each individual sport.
SpoLive provides a comprehensive one-stop solution covering the entire sports operations workflow: digitizing match records, AI-powered automatic generation of match reports and highlight videos, real-time score distribution to websites and social media, fan community management, and monetization tools including subscription services, digital cheering items, and sponsor advertising.
Our platform serves a diverse range of users, from student teams and amateur leagues to professional top-tier leagues, municipal governments, and major corporations across Japan. SpoLive has been selected for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's J-Startup program, received the Good Design Award, and was the first Japanese company shortlisted for SportsPro's OTT Awards as Best Start-up Tech Company, reflecting the quality and innovation of our platform.
With full multilingual support, SpoLive is used in over 70 countries. We are actively accelerating our global expansion and seeking talented individuals who can help bring the power of digital sports management to markets worldwide.
