Connecting digitally: Solving social issues that transcend time and space
We are working to solve various social issues through the use of AI. We are looking for personnel for two divisions due to the expansion of our new business. This involves the "Development of Entrepreneurship Training Materials for High School Students." (1)Engineers Those who have studied computers, such as information science, are encouraged to apply, but they must have prior learning experience in one of the following: C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript. After joining the company, new hires will gain experience as a programmer or tester, and then will become specialists in system design and development or specialization. Daily conversational Japanese ability is ideal. (2)Sales and marketing Those who have studied business at a university or technical college, majoring in management, economics, etc., are encouraged to apply. As a startup, we are looking for people who are willing to work together to generate ideas and to create and develop projects. Because sales in Japan are the main focus, it would be optimal if new hires could speak business-level Japanese. In the future, we hope that new hires can establish projects in their home country as well and create business that connects with Japan.

Our three main businesses are as follows.
(1)Healthcare
With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, we provide consulting services to pharmaceuticals companies regarding business system development and clinical trials. We are also developing a mountain climbing-related health app and an app for strength training evaluation.
(2)Shipbuilding AI
We support the maritime industry, which underpins the Japanese economy. By using AI to predict noise and detect defects in parts when ships are completed, we contribute to speeding up shipbuilding design and ensuring quality assurance.
(3)Natural language processing
We provide AI-based document management tailored to company and individual needs.
In addition, for many years we have been focusing on IT human resources development. We aim to develop human resources who can be immediately effective in the workplace by offering educational and short-term study-abroad programs that utilize practical IT education in Russia.
As a new startup, we are also developing hybrid management materials : THINKBASE. We offer hybrid classes for 'Inquiry Learning' at high schools. In the future, we would like to develop educational materials for university students and those who have just entered the workforce, so as to further promote entrepreneurship among the younger generation, with the aim of introducing these materials to local governments and universities.
