With a smile, our highly skilled engineers produce high-quality product via cooperation and imagination. This is our aim in manufacturing.

At our company, new employees learn all the steps of precision sheet metal processing, such as cutting, bending, welding, and coating, all while using the latest machine tools (multifunction machines/fiber lasers/fiber laser welding machines). There are also opportunities to utilize new these technologies.

Although we have 10 foreign employees that can provide guidance in their native language, we are looking for fluent Japanese speakers that can grasp and create drawings and 3D data as according to JIS standards. For new graduates, after experiencing working at all departments and understanding our entire process, they will be assigned to the most-suitable department after their preferences are considered. In the future, we look forward to having newly hired employees play an active role at our Philippines plant, which is our overseas production base.

In Japan, we're located in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture-a place coexistings with nature and known as a home to one of the country's most-esteemed medical institutions. We also have designated industrial physicians posted in-house at our company, so our employees can be reassured and can work with a smile while thriving each day.

Since the company was founded in 1954, we've supported Japanese manufacturing with our team of precision sheet metal professionals.

We handle all types of sheet metal processing for the precision sheet metal industry, including machine tools, industrial machinery, environmental equipment, medical equipment, and coating assembly. Based on diagram specifications from customers, we create a product program and carry out the entire process of precision sheet metal processing, including NCT, lasers, cutting, bending, sheet metal, coating, assembly, and transportation.

We can also produce one-of-a-kind products that meet individual needs by quickly producing a wide range of products in small lots, while also being capable of handling various materials. Throughout Japan, we receive demand for aerial work platforms and other machine tool manufacturing. In the future, we aim to achieve overseas production and job creation with the Philippines as our base.

As we felt that the COVID-19 pandemic could provide opportunities for new business, we created original camping equipment and bonfire products. These new leisure items harmonize with nature and showcase our new "Arigis style," which incorporates the high-precision technology, playfulness, and creativity that we've cultivated over the years.
