Our "SMART EXCHANGE" automated foreign-currency exchange machines are aimed at use by foreign tourists in Japan, making tourism more convenient and helping to stimulate inbound demand. At our company, ideal new hires should have business-level Japanese skill, a TOEIC score of 700 or higher, and the ability to communicate in their native language. Those who have studied in Japan or worked for a Japanese company before are preferred. After onboarding, new hires will work together with senior trainers at each department and will eventually learn to answer inquiries by themselves. When installing currency exchange machines overseas, we will require a wide range of support forms, including overseas partner development, staff training, and maintenance. Currency exchange machines are often installed at airports, major train stations, and tourist spots, so we believe that the kinds of people who will be especially interested in this work are those who are interested in Japanese culture and those who travel.
