Our "SMART EXCHANGE" automated foreign-currency exchange machines are aimed at use by foreign tourists in Japan, making tourism more convenient and helping to stimulate inbound demand. As the need for non-face-to-face services increases amid the COVID-19 pandemic, this is being evaluated as a new way to exchange currency.
At our company, ideal new hires should have business-level Japanese skill, a TOEIC score of 700 or higher, and the ability to communicate in their native language. Those who have studied in Japan or worked for a Japanese company before are preferred.
After onboarding, new hires will work together with senior trainers at each department and will eventually learn to answer inquiries by themselves. When installing currency exchange machines overseas, we will require a wide range of support forms, including overseas partner development, staff training, and maintenance.
Currency exchange machines are often installed at airports, major train stations, and tourist spots, so we believe that the kinds of people who will be especially interested in this work are those who are interested in Japanese culture and those who travel. This is in addition to those who want to be active on a global scale with flexible ideas and the ability to take action toward putting these ideas into practice in a business that is planning to expand globally.

Our company is engaged in business pertaining to foreign currency exchange machines, real estate, M&A consulting, call centers, and other, so as to support the development of companies and provide new value.
In particular, our foreign currency exchange machine business has taken the no.1 market share in Japan in just 2.5 years since launch. More than 500 of our foreign currency exchange machines have been installed throughout Japan, and since 2019, they have been deployed overseas, including in Thailand, Cambodia, and Indonesia.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, which has continued since roughly the beginning of this business, our foreign currency exchange machines have been highly appreciated for being non-contact, non-face-to-face, and available 24 hours a day when needed. Even in today's cashless world, there is a certain level of demand for cash in each country, and although it is a niche field, the potential market size and need for foreign currency exchange machines will remain high.
The year before last, we established a subsidiary in Thailand, and in the future, we hope to contribute to the development of tourism by disseminating our "SMART EXCHANGE" machines as a new standard of currency exchange infrastructure around the world.
