We have been engaged in industrial motor maintenance and electromagnetic coil manufacturing for over 70 years since our establishment in 1947. Coils are a field that has recently been integrated with cutting-edge science and technology, and their ranges of application are expanding. Along with the technology that we have cultivated through years of experience, we manufacture coils to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Human resources required
Education: Technical college graduate or university graduate
Major: Electricity or electronics
Required level of Japanese: At least daily conversation level

Work after joining the company
After learning about the basics and the philosophies of the company and its work, and after gaining some experience in the field (factory work), new hires will be expected to take on desk work such as involving computer design, drawing, quotations, and customer service.

In the future, we would like to entrust new hires with the local management of overseas plants and management duties at Saijo Plant in accordance with their wishes, and we would like them to work for us for as long as possible.

Our main business
There are two areas: "industrial motor maintenance" and "special electromagnetic coil manufacturing."
(1) Industrial motor maintenance business
Maintenance of motors used by local companies and factories across the country
(2) Coil manufacturing business
Manufacturing of coils of various sizes and types; our products are used in magnets for lifting iron scrap, magnets for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and medical use, special electromagnets used for inspection, and in the "SPring-8" large synchrotron radiation facility.

Future business direction
(1) Expansion of our electromagnet and coil manufacturing business by expanding the company building.
We are currently constructing a new factory. The new factory will be equipped with a clean room and will be suitable for manufacturing coils for semiconductors and medical equipment devices.
(2) Plans for overseas expansion
For the time being, we plan to expand our business mainly in Asia.
