We, MASUOKA Architectural Contractors Inc., have been operating as a general contractor since founded in1908. In 2008 we decided to diversify in Asia. Now in Vietnam we digitalize construction information and provide property development and property services. In Cambodia we provide property development and property services too. Our philosophy is to contribute to the society by urban development and property services. We welcome people who want to create a career in property. You will join our property team and will acquire knowledge, skills, and experiences with managers seasoned in property industry. As the team constantly challenges something new, your ideas are welcomed and you will have opportunities to play important roles. You will travel abroad on business after acquiring sufficient knowledge. Languages for instruction are English and Japanese. You will work in our office in Tekko Building near Tokyo Station where the headquarters of Masuoka group companies are located.

In Japan as a general contractor, we build commercial, retail, residential, educational, medical, and other kinds of facilities and, in addition, construct highways, bridges, tunnels, and other public facilities. In overseas, utilizing our technology, experience, and knowledge accumulated in our Japanese business, we invest in and develop properties, and provide property services and digitalization of construction information. The property services include property agency, property management, and property advisory. In Vietnam we built a serviced apartment in 2013 and we have been operating it through our subsidiary company. Last year we established a wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam to provide a property services. In Cambodia we have been developing residential plots since 2015, providing property services since 2017, and acquiring land for income producing properties such as hotel and office since 2018. We endeavor to expand property business into the other Asian countries.
