Kanemitsu has grown as a leader in the manufacturing sheet metal pulleys for automobiles industries, and it's not overstated to say our products are in almost every single car in Japan today. Since our 1st overseas site in Thailand was established in 1999, we have expanded our business into China, Indonesia, and India. In 2007, furthermore, a Technical Center was also made in Thailand under our philosophy of "Kanemitsu Respects Technologies", enabled us to invite engineers through a technical trainee system to Japan, and make them become worldwide leaders. For sustained growth of our global profitability with the next generation products development, we are enforcing to improve and promote diversity in the workplace for all employees under one corporate policy. Now we have 35 foreign technical trainees and staffs from overseas sites, out of 322 domestic employees. We do not embrace status quo but continuously aim for developing more diversified workplace.

Pulley Business
We manufacture engine, transmission, and air bag parts in our integrated production system. We utilize our unique press/roll-forming technology to develop and manufacture thousands of pulleys from one single metal sheet without applying heat or creating chip. These technologies make us possible to commercialize the “Only-One” products distinguished as high quality, low cost and environmentally friendly.
New Products Business
We have grown to be one of the top car engine parts manufacturers. We work on developing next generation products by applying the special characteristics of technologies. Our challenge towards expanding New Products Business has just begun.
