Company outline
Founded in 1912. Our fermentation room, featuring mud-covered walls, was also built in 1912. The room features 25 refrigerating thermal tanks and specializes in brewing quality sake. We are also challenging new sake brewing approaches, including sake marketed to overseas consumers.
