M4P-G-Z1001-4H.6850-915-53002. 6,840KG. (3) Delivery period : 24 February2017. (4) Delivery place : As in thetender documentation. (5) Method of Bid : We will bid on aforesaid 6(2). When the contractprice is settled, the contract price is written in the estimatewith the additional fee of 8%. If there is a fraction in the contract price, we omit the fraction. Bothvenders which add tax, and tax-exempt venders, should fill inthe form with the price that is 100/108 of the estimated price.7 Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures :Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall : (1) Not fall under Article 70 ofthe Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.Furthermore, minors, persons under Conservatorship, and persons underAssistance, who obtained the necessary consent for concluding acontract, may be eligible under cases of special reasons within the said clause. (2) Not fall under Article 71 ofthe Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. (3) Have Grade A, B, C and D in"sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating intenders by Ministry of Defense (Unified qualification for everyministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2016, 2017, and 2018. (4) Be able to secure theequipment for test, necessary people, etc in Japan, and attendthe inspection of the Official in Charge of Contracting to inspectprocured goods in Japan. (4) In case of invalid bid : Thequotation sheet submitted by the vender who doesn't havequalification for the competitive bid in this notice and didn'tfulfill the duty which is required for bidder will be canceled. (5) Necessity for preparing theform for contract : Needed (6) Procedure to decide thesuccessful bidder : The bidder who submitted the quotation sheet added documents, that the Official inCharge of Contracting decided is able to deliver the goods, andmarked the lowest price in the estimated price restriction, whichis made by Article 79 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting will be designated to thesuccessful bidder.
