(6) Qualifications forparticipating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall : (A1) Not come under article 70 of the cabinet order concerning thebudget, auditing and accounting. Furthermore, minors, person underconservatorship or person under assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause. (A2) Not come under article 71 of the cabinet order concerning thebudget, auditing and accounting. (A3) Have grade A, B or C on"Sale of products" in the Kanto and Koushin-etsu area in terms of thequalification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense(Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscalyears 2016, 2017 and 2018. (A4) Prove they can deliver theproduct, on the standard and quantity specified by this notice.
