C prove to have the ability torent the products concerned by
themselves and by a third party,should the products requested
through this notice be rent by athird party, prove to have prepared
a system to provide maintenancefor the rent products,
D meet the qualificationrequirements which The Obligating
Officer Director-General mayspecify in accordance with Article
13 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under asuspension of business order as
instructed by The ObligatingOfficer Director-General.
