(A1) not come under Article 70 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under
Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A2) not come under Article 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
(A3) have the Grade "A" in termsof qualification "Provision of
services" for participating intenders by Ministry of Agriculture,
Forestry and Fisheries (Singlequalification for every ministry
and agency) in the fiscal year2016, 2017 and 2018.
(A4) meet the qualificationrequirements which the Obligating
Officer may specify in accordancewith Article 73 of the Cabinet
Order.
(A5) Prove not to be a period ofreceiving nomination stop from the
contracting officer etc.
