the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under
Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A2) Not come under Article 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
(A3) Have Grade A, B, C or D on"Sale of Product" in the Kanto and
Koushinetsu area in terms of thequalification for participating in
tenders by Cabinet Office. (Singlequailfication for every ministry
and agency) in the fiscal years2016, 2017 and 2018.
(A4) Have an authorized licenseto sell medical instruments
products as provided by the drugs,cosmetics and medical instruments
act as for medicines.
(A5) Not be currently under asuspension of business order as
instructed by the Ministry ofDefense.
(A6) It should not be partiesconcerned of the crime syndicate
that receives the exclusion request
from the administrative divisionspolice.
