procedures : Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposedtender are those who shall :
(A1) Not come under Article 70 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, person underconservatorship or person under
assistance who have obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A2) Not come under Article 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
(A3) Have the Grade A or B in"Sale of product" in terms of the
qualification for participating intenders related to the Ministry of
Justice (Single qualification forevery ministry and agency) in the
fiscal year of 2016/2017/2018
(A4) Meet the qualificationrequirements which the Obligating
Officer may specifyin accordancewith Article 73 of the Cabinet
Order.
(A5) Have permission to be agenerl electric enterprise in
accordance with Article 3, Section1 of the Electricity Utilities
Industry Law, or have registered as
a specified scale electricenterprise in accordance with
Article 16-2, Section 1 of the same
law.
(A6) Fullfill the requirementmentioned in the tender manual that
are stated from the viewpoint ofreducing CO.
