(A3)have Grade A,Grade B or Grade C in the public tender qualification category ofManufacturing, or Sales of Articles by Organizations related to theMinistry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification forevery ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2016, 2017 and 2018.(A4)prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.(A5)prove neither the business condition nor credibility isdeteriorating. (A6)meet the qualification requirements whichthe Obligating Officer May specify in accordance with Article 73 ofthe Cabinet Order.
