(A3)Have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of products" in theKantoKoushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by theMinistry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministryand agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of2016, 2017, and 2018. (A4)Meet the qualification requirements whichthe oblingating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 ofthe Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
