| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TAN KEIICHI, Director, General Affairs Department, Incorporated Administrative Agency/Urban Renais-sance Agency ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Technical Support Services Related to the UR-NET System, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 31 October, 2025 through 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : under direction ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice ② not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office, Urban Renaissance Agency ③ not be the company where organized crime groups or their members substantially influence its management or a company in a similar situation ④ have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of "Rendering of service" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment in the East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2025 and 2026 ⑤ not a trustee or affiliated company of the following business Business name : Chief Information Of-ficer (CIO) Aide ⑥ have proved to meet all the requirements of the specifications ⑦ Must have a track record of at least two cases of program management support related to information processing since fiscal year 2020. ⑧ have the Privacy Mark License or ISMS certification ⑨ One person shall be assigned as the Chief Responsible Officer for the execution of this work, who must meet all of the following requirements : ・Have at least five years of experience in program management support related to information processing. ・Hold one of the following qualifications : ・Passed the Project Manager Examination (PM) conducted under the Act on the Promotion of Information Processing (Act No. 90 of May 22, 1970). ・Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI). ⑩ One person shall be assigned as the Implementation Manager for the execution of this work, who must meet all of the following requirements : ・Have at least three years of experience in program management support related to information processing. ・Have at least one year of experience in program management support related to office automation (OA) systems. If an assistant to the Implementation Manager is assigned, the assistant must meet all of the following requirements : ・Have at least one year of experience in program management support related to information processing. ・Have at least one year of experience in program management support related to OA systems. ・Have at least one year of experience in planning, requirements definition, and procurement support for OA systems provided to national government agencies, local governments, or independent administrative institutions with more than 8,000 users. (OA systems refer to systems that provide terminals, groupware, networks, etc., for use by general staff, such as Government Solution Services (GSS).)
