| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contractingentity :MasakazuIrie, President, National Livestock Breeding Center. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 1 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be procured : Contract for introducing cow genetic resources for dairy ⑷ Contract period : From Contract date to January 29, 2027 ⑸ Offer place : As shown in the explanatory paper for the tender. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : A not come under Article 8 and 9 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Livestock Breeding Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. B The applicant must not be under suspension of nomination based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Nomination Related to Contracts of the Independent Administrative Institution Livestock Breeding Center or the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
