| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masayuki Ezura, Director, National Hospital Organization Hirosaki General Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Ambulance l set ⑷ Delivery period : as provided in the tender documents ⑸ Delivery place : as provided in the tender documents ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
