①・②・③ Kanto・Koshinetsu Area
④・⑤ Tokai・Hokuriku Area
in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
