C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D meet the qualification requirements which President of The National University Corporation Mie University may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of The National University Corporation Mie University.
