① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents by time-limit for tender
・Competition Eligibility Confirmation Application Form (Form 1)
・Copy of commercial register
・Most recent financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in shareholders' equity, and notes)
・A copy of the tax payment certificate issued within the past three months (one of the following documents : No.3, No.3-2, or No.3-3)
・Documents detailing the company's history
・Copy of documents related to disposal and collection/transport of PCB waste
・Power of attorney and letter of commitment (Form 2-1 or 2-2) (When participating in Type B)
③ Not have capital relationship and/or personnel relationship with other bidders
④ Have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. July 29, 2025 (Tenders submitted by registered mail : 4 : 00 P.M. July 29, 2025)
